They&#8217;re also late summer flowers, so offer a welcome hit of colour after many earlier season blooms have been and gone.<\/p>\n<p>I am trying to grow more of them in our own garden, but am lucky enough to live near several places where I can see them in abundance.<\/p>\n<p>As a surface pattern design they are very versatile. I created the full colour version first (closeup to the right) and later created the &#8216;silhouette&#8217; version which I can do with many different coloured backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Apron to match your kitchen perhaps?
